Behaviours – how we think does really matter.

There are many outside influences that do affect how we feel such as bad weather and loneliness. Our subconscious behaviour will reflect this. We need to be aware and even guard against these negative “ants” as we call them! Those thoughts that are unhelpful.

Choose one word, and let it shape your day.

Author John Keogh wrote a book called Mindpower. The takeaway was how much influence our subconscious mind has on our lives. One of the tools upon waking was to think of a word and keep that word at your forefront throughout the day.

Pick a word first thing that is creative or energizing. Then repetitively repeat throughout the day. Not just say the word but act in a way to represent that word. The changes this makes are simply and surprisingly massive and the changes in how people’s live were literally massive.

Your challenge: Focus immediately upon waking on one word, one behaviour for one day because what we think about plays out. At the end of the day look back at how subconscious behaviour got swapped out for conscious intention!
