The company you keep shapes who you become

We have no right to be grumpy or rude to others. It is simply unacceptable behaviour that has become commonplace. It is simply an expression of an overexuberant ego and sense of self-worth. Today acknowledge the presence of others without implicit bias and without judgement.

"Smile first. Listen more. Show respect. You'll be surprised how often it's returned."

Look in the mirror and see the beauty of you with all the good and the bad. Share it with a smile and good words to everyone you meet without the need for reciprocity. You be the change!

Everyone we meet will have something going on! Be nice. Be understanding andempathetic. The rewards for such behaviour will be apparent very quickly. Use words of sincerity or do not speak. Use queues of friendship such as gaze recognition, body cues and eye contact and expressions of sincerity and happiness. Acts of good manners and respect and genuine pleasantry are almost always responded with similar.

The five people you spend most of your time with will have the greatest influence on you. How do they treat you? How do they treat others? Do they have implicit bias in how they treat others. Don't hang out with twats. Be careful of whom you honour! The person with the smallest house you can probably share half of it so who are we to judge.

Hint
be aware of who you are spending time with. Are they family or workplace or just convenient. Who would you rather hang out with and perhaps think about yourself. Would you be fun to hang out with? Are you fun?
